Dennis Rex, AIA, President and John R. Hill, AIA, LEED AP, Vice President of Muhlenberg Greene Architects, Ltd., Wyomissing, PA, are pleased to announce that Robert B. Conklin, AIA, CSI, and Scott O. Graham, AIA, LEED AP+ are joining them as Principals at the firm starting this month. Bob and Scott have been part of the team at MGA since 2010 and have played leading roles in the design work and management of the firm’s recent major projects.
The elevation to Principal at the firm is an acknowledgement of the confidence Dennis and John have in Bob and Scott’s professional abilities and creative skills. They have demonstrated their desire in continuing MGA’s commitment to providing quality services in responding to client requests.
Bob, of Douglassville, PA, has a wide range of architectural experience, in projects ranging from educational buildings to commercial office buildings and elderly housing facilities. Bob is involved in all phases of projects, from programming through construction administration. He is a registered architect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a member of the Construction Specifications Institute. Mr. Conklin currently serves as Project Architect on several projects for Conrad Weiser Area School District, Muhlenberg School District, as well as for the United States Postal Service, and the Pennsylvania Department of General Services. Included in his portfolio are three LEED certified buildings, with the completion of Conrad Weiser West Elementary in 2012 achieving LEED Gold certification.
Scott, of Lititz, PA, holds a Master of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and became licensed as an architect in 2012. Mr. Graham has been an integral team member of Muhlenberg Greene’s premiere projects since coming to the firm. He participates in all aspects of project design and documentation, including LEED project certification. His experience on projects, ranging from traditional residences to modern commercial office buildings, has fostered a capacity to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. Scott brings a decade of BIM expertise to MGA’s design team. In addition to his architectural activities, he is continually working to further integrate and advance our BIM initiatives, in order to bring the best possible value to our Clients. Scott was the Project Architect for the recently completed Retirement Community, Keystone Villa in Ephrata.
Muhlenberg Greene Architects has been providing design, planning, and construction administration services for this area and surrounding states for over 90 years.
