Mr. Rex, President of Muhlenberg Greene Architects, has over thirty years of architectural experience in planning, design and rehabilitation of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. His project experience includes both foreign and domestic research laboratories, transportation facilities, educational buildings, maintenance facilities, manufacturing structures, office complexes, medical facilities, housing, and, most recently, churches.
Dennis is involved in all phases of projects, from programming through construction administration.
Recent Project Experience – General
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints: Project Architect for all projects we have completed for the LDS Church. The projects include new facilities, additions, renovations, and the establishment of a capital needs analysis program for the ongoing review of all facilities. The scope of these projects ranged from $100,000 to over $6,000,000. Locations of the churches include New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia.
Bloomsburg University: Principal-In-Charge for the Carver Hall Renovations, Northumberland Roof Renovations, Montour Renovations, Nelson Field House Offices, McGee Center Code Study, and the Elevator Variance. Mr. Rex was Project Architect for the Scranton Commons project.
LaSalle Academy: Principal-In-Charge for the new Primary School, the Classroom Additions, and the Gymnasium Addition study.
Muhlenberg School District: Project Architect for the (1990) Middle School Addition and Renovations, Administration Building, and the High School Renovations.
Conrad Weiser Area School District: Principal-in-Charge for the development of a feasibility study and master plan for improvements to the District’s athletic fields and stadium.
